Our Story

OPM was first established in 1963 and produced small plastic components and plastic wares for the India market. We started with a 30T to 60T capacity injection moulding machines in 20000 sq ft factory. In the 1970’s we invested in bigger machines up to 300T and produced PVC footwear. Over time we specialised in Custom moulding and focused on supplying components for white goods and electrical appliances in the 1990’s and at the same time invested in a tool room and injection moulding machines up to 800T .

In addition, we manufactured a wide range of products for our customers in very large quantities including Garden furniture, crates & materials handling goods. In the early 2000’s, OPM moved it’s plant and machinery to a larger 50,000 sq ft factory based in Pune, India with a view to focusing our attention on the plastic automotive components as car production started to grow in India.
